What spiritual difficulty did you have in conceiving? The word of God because first of all, I didn’t think I was smart enough or capable enough, I wasn’t equipped and fit to do the job and task that God has called me to and for his Glory. But mot of the education.

Staying Focus, finding peace to allow things to just happen naturally, doubtful, fear, lack of sel-control always wanting to control how things happen.
